Online Prescription Refills

If you have not yet received your Patient ID, stop by and the folks at Perkins Drugs can furnish you the ID Number to access the Online Prescription Program. Its quick and easy and the benefits are many as you will see below.

The 1st step after obtaining your Patient ID number is to simply enter it above and press the "enter" key on your computer. You will then have access to your personal Rx Profile in which you can:

a. View your current prescription profile
b. Submit refill requests for prescriptions
c. Learn the status of refill requests and active prescriptions
d. View and print patient education leaflets

It's very convenient to view each of your prescription profiles and quickly note how many refills are left or if prescription is Due for Refill. We'll even notify you 5 days prior to the need of refilling prescription if you wish.

After selecting the needed prescriptions in the appropriate spaces there is a "Message to the Pharmacist" section. It may be convenient to leave home for shopping and know your prescription can be picked up conveniently on your way home.

Rest assured that No Patient Sensitive Information Is available to anyone else.
